Return/Cancelation Policy

Censored Tactical holsters are custom made to your exact specifications. Censored Tactical does not accept returns or cancellations or holster orders due to the fact that it has been personally customized and inventory has been ordered to produce the product. Please be sure your selections are correct before placing your order. Orders may be canceled if we receive your cancelation request via email, within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your name, and phone number along with your order number and reason for cancelation. Any Canceled items within the 24 hour window are subject top a 4% cancelation charge to cover processing fees. Cancelation requests need to be emailed to: info@censoredtactical.com. We will not accept cancellations after the 24 hour grace period.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Censored Tactical offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all products. If you feel your product is defective, or broken, please contact us at info@censoredtactical.com and explain what is going on. We may request photos or videos for further investigation. If it is determined defective or has damage that is covered under our warranty we will repair any piece necessary up to and including completely replacing your item. Censored Tactical will then cover all costs to repair or replace the item as well as shipping back to the customer.
